“Sara is a very dedicated and passionate coach and friend.  In the early days, Sara was very clear to ask me what I wanted to achieve and I still remember showing her a picture of my idol Bruce Lee which is what I wanted to achieve at that time, especially the lats.  She was very effective in her training programmes and patiently taught me all the little movements and mind-muscle connection tricks in extreme detail. What Sara coaches exceptionally well is “how” each movement should really be done - some moves may “look” the same, but it’s the mind-muscle connection tricks that make all the difference. She is very focused and will help you train towards what you ultimately want to achieve.  After training with Sara, I am now finally able to open my “wings” - which simply seemed impossible to me had I sticked to training on my own. Most favourite workout is training Lats!  Hands down lat day every day.  Legs day is also a very strong one if you are up for it.
